We warmly invite our community to participate in this special evening of ‘Bringing of the Light’, celebrating mid-winter.

We ask you to arrive promptly at 5.45pm to quietly find a place in the hall in anticipation of the gifts to be shared by the Class 7s singing, the Eurythmy and songs sung by Class 6 and verses spoken by Jess Moyes. Please bring a candle (in a lantern or with a plate/foil to catch the wax) to light and leave your phones and torches away.

It is a time for inner contemplation, to celebrate the inner light that shines forth from each of us, which can bring hope during the longest hours of darkness.
Please keep your children close by you as you light your candles at the end of the ceremony and take a few moments to bask in the silence and substance that has been created.
Then we ask that you take your light quietly away with you into the night.
